are accurate but errors may occur, we are only human!
If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods

Payment
We are looking at a full e-commerce site soon with
a secure server, but in the meantime you can buy online using a credit/switch
card by using nochex if you are in the UK, or Paypal if your abroad. Go

We also except Cheques or Postal Orders made
payable to motox-collect.
Once your cheque has "Cleared"
we will aim to despatch your package within
7 working days.
Delivery
We can deliver goods to destinations within and
outside the UK.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 7 working days
after cheque clearence in most circumstances, but please allow for the
recomended 21 days delivery time.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special/Recorded delivery and ParcelForce
Worldwide and require a signature from your postman, so please specify
an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website
but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote
for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that
you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
Returns/Unwanted Goods
We believe that you will be delighted with your
product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return
an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms
do not affect your statutory rights.
If you return the product (having taken reasonable
care of it, complete with packaging and all components) within 14 days
of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which
you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage
of the goods.

a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure
we process your return as efficiently as possible).
